Cancellations are accepted up to  24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost. 

If you are 5mins or more late for your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled & you will be charged as a no show. No show will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost.
